On many of the mid-year best of 2014 lists I’ve run across, The War On Drugs are the sexy pick for album of the year. The Philadelphia based indie rockers third studio album Lost In The Dream was stuck in my compact disc player for most of the summer, and should finish in my Top Albums of the year list, but that’s a fun post for another day.
The opening track from the album is the tune “Under The Pressure,” the band was nice enough to share the video this week. You can watch the entire eight minute and fifty six second masterpiece below. This tune has to be one of my top five favorite songs of the year. I won’t hold being from Philadelphia against them.
