Each week I post the Top 20 College Radio Albums courtesy of CMJ (College Media Journal). Below are also 5 discs that I have in heavy rotation and an album that amazingly turns 10 years old in 2015, I call it my Spicy 6.
Parkay Quarts replace TV On The Radio with the #1 album on College Radio. There are two debuts in the Top 20 this week. The first is an EP from Simon Green, better known as his stage name, Bonobo. The second is from the surf-punk outfit from Seal Beach, California, Aquadolls. The Leeds indie rock band Kaiser Chiefs released their debut LP Employment ten years ago this coming March. For fun, revisit “I Predict A Riot.”
